It's only take out with a small wait space and seats. Very friendly staff and excellent food!

Not a eat in restaurant or anything. Just order over the phone and pick up only. Food is good for Chinese food. They are pretty quick as well.

Always excellent food and service. We have ordered from here for years, and our order is always 100% correct. Lovely family, our favorite dish is the hot and spicy chicken wings!

I have been going to cheoy Lee's for over a decade, it is the best Chinese food in the area, I will not go any were else, they are fast, the food is always fresh, EVE and others are wicked friendly and personable, ive never experienced a single mix up or complaint in all the time I've been a regular. "YOU WANTED THE BEST, YOU GOT THE BEST"
